FULL LIPS - Lips can now appear fuller and defined with permanent makeup!  With time, lips begin to lose their color.  Color can be restored through permanent cosmetics.  Artistically, color can be applied to make lips appear full and plump.  Clef lips can become symmetrical with color restoration.
